[In english here below]. Cette agence vendait les appartements du promoteur ITEP à Annecy avec qui je suis en conflit à ce jour. L’agence m’a recommandé de travailler avec ce promoteur, et en toute confiance j’ai donc décid de travailler avec l’Agence Centrale et ITEP. Grosse erreur puisqu’ aujourd’hui ils ne veulent pas me rendre le dépôt de garantie alors qu’ils ont mis plus d’un an à sortir un acte de vente.

This agency was selling the apartments of the promoter ITEP in Annecy with whom I am in conflict to this day. The agency recommended me to work with this promoter, and in all confidence I therefore decided to work with the Central Agency and ITEP. Big mistake since today they don’t want to return the security deposit to me when they took more than a year to issue a purchase agreement (along with other issues / disputes).
